On social media, we see pictures and posts of perfect lives. This is great! We should celebrate happy moments. Yet, think of how much compassion we would see from others if we sometimes showed how hellish life can be. Something worth considering…
Appearances…
We don’t know what others are going through. Mental health and wellness have been shattered in the past year because of isolation, lack of socialization, and sometimes the loss of loved ones. The most well put together person on the outside might be doing all they can to just hold it together…they are making an appearance.
Keep Going…
Every day seems the same as every other day. Working from home, isolation and lack of social interaction are taking their toll. We are not out of the woods with this global pandemic. Do something to preserve your mental health. Get outside. Call someone. Do a ZOOM Happy Hour. But mainly, just keep going…
