How do you get two people who see things differently to come together? You don’t, because it’s already happening. No one is in perfect alignment with anyone else. God made us different from each other in every way. I’m guessing He likes variety, but I doubt He likes seeing his children at each other’s throats. In my book, “Killing My Father Then Finding Him” I wrote about the fractured relationship I had with both my parents. They were cruel and abusive, and I never felt like I was good enough.
