Stress isn’t a bad thing. Too much stress is, though. Take time to exercise, have some quiet time, read good books and articles, and engage in healthy conversations. Stressors aren’t going away, but we can manage them well…

Why are we so fearful of letting our guards down? Perhaps we believe if people see us for who we truly are, they won’t like us. We are constantly talking down to ourselves. But our Magnificent Creator sees us differently. He sees us, flaws and all, and sees us as His perfect, beautiful creation. Live fearlessly, and shine brightly…
