Or there is the joyous side of this equation. An Olympic athlete who won the gold twenty years ago can celebrate today’s winners. They know the work and discipline it took to get there.

Many people are suffering from low self-esteem. Past mistakes, hurts and hang ups keep people trapped in their own self-imposed prisons. Release yourself from the lie that you aren’t good enough or acceptable. Work at being your best, doing your best and accepting yourself.
