The Thief

There has been a robbery! But not to worry. What was stolen can be regained. The thief is comparison. Comparison robs us of our identity when we start looking at our current standings versus others. People compare over money, looks and jobs. You are who God created you to be. He doesn’t make mistakes, nor does He look at his work and think you could have been improved.

Embrace your uniqueness, accept yourself as you are, always trying to improve. God is the authority over our lives. That’s good enough for me…

Grateful…

This morning I woke up with an overwhelming amount of gratitude. I’m grateful every day, but even more so today. Last night I had a car wreck that could have ended my life and the lives of the young men who hit me. All of us are pretty banged up, but we will heal physically. God protected us, no doubt. He’s not finished with us, and I am forever grateful to Him…
