The first interview I did for my podcast was with Zetti. Although I had been interviewed hundreds of times, I had never interviewed anyone else. She made my job easy because she openly and transparently shared her life story. Hollywood couldn’t script a better story. Click on the link to listen. You will not be disappointed…

What To Say…

What do you say when you don’t know what to say?

Thursday evening, I received an email from a dear friend of mine. She was letting me know that her beautiful, bright 24 year old daughter had committed suicide in early July. All I could say was that I would keep her and all of her family in my prayers, praying for peace and clarity. And that I was sending light and love to them.

There are no words in these situations. Just be there.

All it takes is one brave step…

I will always stand up when my National Anthem is played. I do this for many reasons, and one of those reasons is to honor the blood that was spilled so someone has the privilege to kneel if they so choose. Freedom reigns…

Uncommon Courage…

We love stories of bravery and courage. Remember when George McFly punched out Biff? He found uncommon courage in himself to defend the love of his life, overcoming odds in the process. We love these stories because it’s our story. We see a bit of ourselves in the uncommon hero…
