On Fire!

If you believe the news stories from around the world, they would have you believe that danger lurks around every corner, and that we live in division. Turn the news off. What To Say…

What do you say when you don’t know what to say?

Thursday evening, I received an email from a dear friend of mine. She was letting me know that her beautiful, bright 24 year old daughter had committed suicide in early July. I was stunned and extremely sad at the same time. You want to say something to take away the pain they are feeling, but there are no words. All I could say was that I would keep her and all of her family in my prayers, praying for peace and clarity. And that I was sending light and love to them.

There are no words in these situations. Just be there.
