We make plans, but something goes awry. This is where adaptability is key. Adaptability means we don’t freak out or get angry. We pivot. We change and reset our course. Oftentimes people focus on how smart someone is. We need a modicum of intelligence to succeed, but we need adaptability by the truckloads for successful outcomes…

Conformity is the breeding ground for mediocrity. Trying to “fit in” only leads to frustration. Since the beginning of time there has never been another you.
