Caught Up

Do you ever feel like you are caught up with life, your “to do” list? My list keeps growing.

We can get lured into an unhealthy lifestyle. It may start with just a little flirtation. But it seems to be okay, so maybe go a little farther. Before you know it, you get caught up in something you didn’t want but now you don’t know how to get out. If this is you, be at peace. There is always a way. Always.

If alcohol, gambling, sex or shopping are your challenges, there is a 12 Step Program for whatever you battle. And remember, it is a spiritual battle you are in. It may manifest into our physical world, but its basis is spiritual.

I know people whose lives had become a train wreck. They were hopeless. But through a lot of hard work and changes in their thinking, they restored their lives.

If this resonates with you, please take the first step to a new, better life. It won’t be easy, but it will be worth it.

Take the step…

If you were abused by your family, you know the pain it inflicted on you. Why anyone would want to carry the abuse into the next generation is beyond my comprehension.

The hard, yet simple truth is, these unhealthy cycles can be stopped. You must be willing to think differently. Seek help if necessary. Be the agent of change…

My Interview with Christine Moore

Christine Moore is living her recovery “out loud.” For years, she hid her addiction to prescription meds from her family and friends. Then everything came apart, which led Christine into a rehab facility. Four days before she was set to leave rehab, she was served divorce papers and a restraining order, preventing her from seeing her two sons, ages 4 and 2 at the time.
