Our thinking controls our attitude and our outcomes. Want chaos? Think chaotic thoughts. Want peace and clarity? You know what to do…

Contentment
Being content gives you peace. It doesn’t mean you are devoid of ambition or drive. Not at all. Contentment means you are grateful for all the good in your life. You aren’t taking anything for granted.
I’m more ambitious now than I have ever been. But if I don’t accomplish anything else, I’m content with that…
Inside Job
All of us have “stuff” we need to work through. Trauma from the past or pain from the present, when left unresolved, don’t just magically disappear. We can even try to hide it by making ourselves look good from the outside. That doesn’t work.
We must work on ourselves from the inside. Get to the heart of the problem. Self-work sucks when you’re doing it, no doubt. If it was easy, everyone would do the work. But the life and peace that await you make it so worthwhile…
Acceptance
Judging others drains you of valuable energy. Accepting people as they are opens the door to new ways of seeing life around us. Our minds are open to new possibilities, new creativity.
If people are jerks, keep them out of your circle of friends and acquaintances. You can’t change their hearts. Only God can do that. By limiting their access to your life, you are protecting yourself while still accepting them as they are. Something to consider…
Attention
Many people like to be the center of attention. There’s nothing wrong with that. If we are drawing attention to ourselves, let’s make sure we are giving others something worth watching. Spread love and light, not hate and division…
Really?
We are living in a unique period in time. We have news shoved in our faces 24/7, immediate home delivery of everything from groceries to alcohol, and we can reach our friends on the phone anytime…anywhere.
With these luxuries comes great responsibility. We are still called to work, be respectful and courteous to our fellow man, and raise our children the right way in a world that’s new to us. We cannot let decency die out as technology dominates our lives. Be kind. Always…
Divided
In the United States, we are more divided now than since the Civil War. There’s nothing civil about war. We are weakened and compromised when we stand apart. The media and the politicians are feeding this division, but we do not have to allow it. In truth, we are more alike than we are different. Stand up for what’s right. Let the dividers wallow in their own mess…
Manifestations…
We manifest into our lives what we believe. The mind doesn’t know the difference between fantasy and reality, so think about what you truly want. See yourself healthy, fulfilled and at peace. Believe it, and all those things will come…
Almost There
Here in the United States, it’s Christmas Eve. There’s something magical about this time of year. Little children are eagerly watching for Santa, while the adults are finally able to have some down time.
Whatever you celebrate, I wish you good health, peace and fulfillment. Merry Christmas!
Bring Light
If you look around, and you don’t have to look very far, I believe you will agree there is much darkness around us. We live in a broken world. People fight with each other over pointless things, which further divides us.
I believe we should be a light to others, bringing goodness and kindness with us. We won’t help everyone, but we will help some. Bring light and life into the lives of others…
