Vic Feazell was the District Attorney in McClennan County when he received a call from the renowned Texas Rangers. The Rangers had a man in custody who had confessed to three murders in Vic’s jurisdiction, and they wondered if Vic wanted to have his picture taken with the Rangers when they closed out the cases?
