Facts Matter

There is so much disinformation out there, it’s a challenge to discern what is true and what is not. The truth matters. Not “my truth” which has become a pop culture saying. The truth.

When you hear or read something that gives you a visceral reaction, ask yourself some questions: is it important? Do I need to check it out to verify it? Will it affect my life if it is true?

Considering that time is precious, we must limit how much attention we give to the unimportant. Sometimes this includes people…
